Enjoying nature and inspiring, motivating and supporting people in their personal leadership - that is what I prefer to do. Nature close to home and further away, I have enjoyed traveling to many special places for it. With Letty, my wonderful wife, with groups and alone.
My main focus throughout my working life was and is: helping people find their strength. To help develop their talent and demonstrate personal leadership. I have done this in various roles and at various smaller and larger companies. In addition, I have been organizing safari trips in India and Africa since 2003, where going on safari and (personal) leadership are combined. Nature proves to be an important factor in achieving and sticking to set development goals.
This also appears to work well in Villa Foia Vella! I love working with Letty to offer our guests a carefree stay.
