Very nice stay and very clean and modern. Beds are comfortable. There is central heating and air conditioning which is very nice. Swimming pool is a bit small but is otherwise fine, can also be heated on request etc. If you have a toddler or a toddler, it is extra careful with décor stuff! Furthermore, very nice stay. Recommended!

Nice house, well furnished, some noise due to traffic. Spacious terrace with good facilities. We were in the preseason, then there is little sun on the terrace in the morning, but on the side. But will be better in the summer.

Beautiful holiday villa with complete furnishings; All the trimmings, even loan bikes that we used a lot. In a luxurious (new-build) residential area with all the entertainment, such as the beach / boulevard and nice addresses to eat and drink, a 10-minute walk away. Despite the colder period (Jan/Feb) we had a wonderful time.

Very nice cottage in a good place, 10 minutes walk to the Mar Menor with all the bars of Lo Pagan. Shops are perfect to do by bike in 10 minutes. Recommended!

Great house with everything you need for a top stay where you can completely relax. Pool was cleaned 2 times a week, clean house, ideal location and we will definitely come back once.

Per week you are bound to max 80 khw, you can get over that in no time without excessive consumption due to air conditioning/public transport.
