Bienvenido,
I am Mascha and I rent holiday homes in Andalusia inland and on the coast, under my own management.
We have been living in Spain with our family since 2019 and have participated in the Ik Departure (2021) program. In addition to my work as a landlord, I coach people who are at an often uncertain crossroads in their lives; any intersection! I do this while walking in the Andalusian nature and we get to the core and they face your future with a new and fresh look.
We purchased our Beach House Casa Luna that you are viewing now in the Corona era because a B&B was not possible and we had to think of something else. It is a beautiful characteristic Spanish house that we have modernized while retaining the character (such as that beautiful staircase I am sitting on). It is close to everything (on foot) as well as the shops, supermarkets, restaurants and the beach. You can be on the beach in just 10 minutes on foot!
