While we do provide effective countermeasures, it appears they may not have been utilized during your visit. We apologize for any discomfort this might have caused.
While mosquitoes are a common occurrence in the South of France during summer, we understand their presence can be bothersome.

Regarding the absence of a TV, we want to clarify that its omission in the listing means it's explicitly absent from the amenities.

As for the pool hours, they are intentionally restricted, as clearly stated in our listing. This approach ensures an enjoyable pool experience during the summer season.
