Emile van den Bergh, television director and interior designer, is the chef and owner of Guesthouse & Apartments In de Aap and runs it with heart and soul. Emile is a purist where authenticity is the standard. "Trattoria di Casa del Monte" is the pride of Chef Emile and he cooks the stars from heaven. Enjoying his Mediterranean dishes together is oil for friendship. Eating outside in the garden is also a wonderful experience. Siep van den Bergh, the son of the house, is now just as passionate and it is already clear to him that the hotel school will be his challenge. At in de Aap, good food is central. Cooking events are therefore a fantastic addition and a true culinary experience. Sammie the white shepherd and Bliksem the red male are also indispensable at In de Aap. Sammie loves children and vice versa. Bliksem is everyone's friend and together they give the Aap a friendly and cozy atmosphere.
