About Guy Hendriks en Simone Niessen
We are Simone Niessen and Guy Hendriks and we live in Limburg with our 2 daughters. After years of caravan holidays, we rented a holiday home in Kötschach-Mauthen during the corona period in 2020 and had a fantastic holiday there. It is a very cozy village in Carinthia with all facilities for both summer and winter. When there was the opportunity to build a house directly on the Sonnenpiste, we didn't hesitate for a moment. Before and during the construction we have been there several times and have not regretted it for a moment. There is a lot to do in the area, nice and tasty eateries, friendly people. You can be very active here at the same time, but also relax and unwind. Since the house is ready at the beginning of 2023, we have of course been going there regularly ourselves. But we also rent them out so that everyone can enjoy a wonderful holiday in our "Schwalmhütte" in Kötschach-Mauthen.
