We enjoyed and rested in this beautiful villa. We were with our newborn baby and liked the fact that you could also stay by the pool all day without looking in. From the large terrace and the master bedroom you have a beautiful view of the sea. What more could you ask for when you wake up? We would book it again in a heartbeat

Super house to relax, no trouble from neighbors looking in, nice and free. Heated swimming pool that is cleaned 2 times a week (you won't notice anything happening early in the morning). Contact with the owners is easily made and then a good and fast communication via Whatsapp. 100% recommended!!

We had a wonderful week in this spacious and beautiful house. Good beds, kitchen equipped with all appliances, nice glasses and plates (always nice with a good glass of wine). The pool is large and around the pool also a lot of space. Very close to a nice beach with beach bar and supermarket. Loura and Martin are fantastic in communication!

Tasteful and very fully furnished, good and fast communication, flexible and a dream view!

10 minutes down, 11 up. It wasn't too bad.

Enjoyed our stay. Booked last minute and pleasantly surprised with how the stay looked. A villa in a beautiful location that has been completely renovated with an eye for detail and quality, furnishings and materials used.

Enjoyed our stay. Booked last minute and pleasantly surprised with how the stay looked. A villa in a beautiful location that has been completely renovated with an eye for detail and quality, furnishings and materials used.
We enjoyed it and would like to come back.

Towards the future, it can only improve further. Where the ground floor will still be renovated, the building material was on the plot and the design is in the garden but the i's still have to be dotted. Those are the missing pieces of the Bay's puzzle.

We booked for 5 nights in August.
Contact with the landlords went smoothly and friendly, everything was very fast and well arranged.

The villa is located in a beautiful area and is very easy to reach.
The location is ideal, between Alicante and Valencia.
In the vicinity you have beautiful villages, such as Calpe, Moraira, Altea, Benidorm, Denia and many other beautiful places.

Within walking distance of the villa you have a nice supermarket where you can get everything, including a wide range of Dutch products. In the morning you can get fresh baguettes and croissants there.
Furthermore, you have a beach and many good restaurants within walking distance. We had a delicious meal there.

The villa itself is luxurious and spacious.
You can park your car (several cars) inside the property.
The villa has a spacious kitchen that is fully equipped. The bedrooms are spacious, all have well-functioning air conditioners and the beds sleep wonderfully. There has been no skimping on quality.
A large living room is central with a comfortable lounge sofa and a large dining table.
But the eye catcher of the villa is the terrace. This is very large and the view of the pool, the garden and the sea is beautiful.

There is a large swimming pool and it is well maintained, the water was wonderfully fresh and clean. There are plenty of sun loungers and even a lounge bed.

Around the pool is a large garden with nice sitting areas, a lounge sofa and there are several walking paths through the garden. They will take you past all the trees and plants.

There is a certain tranquility in this villa and the surrounding area that will certainly make you relax.
You have all the privacy you could wish for and no view from the neighbors.
We enjoyed our time there and we hope to stay there again in the future.
