Wonderful holiday feeling due to magnificent views of Lake Como. Being able to enjoy the spring sun on the terrace by the front door. Great base for day trips to nice towns such as Menaggio, Bellagio and Varenna. Surprisingly nice path from the backyard to the shore of the lake. Definitely recommended.

The owner is a nice and hospitable man with whom you can make good arrangements. Communication is top notch. The cottage will change a bit every year because every year a new part within the house is tackled. Favor factor high on both sides.

Nice and spacious house with a view of Lake Como. Good beds, nice cuisine. We felt at home here. However, there is still a bit more to be gained from it by modernizing the interior and some form of cooling would be welcome.

We felt very comfortable in the house. Upon arrival, a nice, warm apartment awaited us..... New Year's Eve could begin. Very good contact with the owner. Gladly again. Best regards HP and Birgit

We enjoyed this lovely house very much. The view over the lake was magnificent! The garden was so big that you could always find a sun or shady spot to sit comfortably. The location was favorable to the lake, but for some more entertainment you really had to take the car. In short: we enjoyed this beautiful house (with our dog)!

A spacious traditional Italian (no VanMoof/Tesla) house, equipped with everything that is promised and even more (some kitchen supplies, literature, games), quietly located on the one hand without, resp. with friendly Italians as neighbors.
