At the moment a house is being built next to the Vila, which causes extra dust on the porch. In addition, it occasionally causes some noise nuisance, but this is between 0700 and 1600, which did not bother us. By the way, very friendly neat construction workers, who just do their thing. The caretaker Luisa is very friendly and helpful and always available. All in all, top property, top location, top service.
