Beautiful, spacious apartment with a lovely terrace. If the complex would be a little closer to the boulevard, it would be an absolute 10. But with the rented bikes it was fine. Neatly received by the help and nice helpful owner who we were allowed to app for questions. Super arranged!

Two beautiful bathrooms with expert tiling. Good and large beds in 3 bedrooms. Pool is large and well maintained. Owner replies to messages quickly and clearly.

Far above any expectation, it has been a fantastic place, well located and very quiet.

Beautifully located apartment in a complex that is mainly inhabited, so no vacationers. That makes it very relaxed. Not a large amount of holidaymakers at the pool either. People behave nicely at the pool. Very conveniently located to the swimming pool. You walk 20 meters and you are at the edge of the pool. It was very hot in the period that we were there, it was also in the apartment. In 1 room was an air conditioner. It was good to get cool there. Shortly after our holiday, air conditioning would be installed in the other 2 bedrooms.
Space in the parking garage was very tight for our rented SUV. It was nice that there was a parking lot nearby where the car could be parked every day. In the apartment was everything you need. Nice big TV where you can watch Dutch channels and netflix etc. Landlord was available at any time of the day to answer your questions or give you tips. Had a very nice holiday in this apartment.

Air conditioners in all bedrooms would really make a difference. It was 35 degrees Celsius. For the other bedrooms we bought an extra fan ourselves and connected some cooling elements to it.

Air conditioners in all bedrooms would really make a difference. It was 35 degrees Celsius. For the other bedrooms we bought an extra fan ourselves and connected some cooling elements to it.

The other residents, especially the gardener, are very unfriendly towards children playing. That was very unfortunate.

Beautiful apartment near the beach, it is a nice apartment complex where only residents can come.
There is also a beautiful swimming pool with terrace that you can use during the day.

Nothing is missing from the apartment, everything you can think of / need is there!
Furthermore, the contact with the landlord was very nice, also the cleaner / hostess was a friendly woman who speaks Spanish and a little English. She shows everything the house has to offer.

you are about 15 minutes from the center of Alicante. you can easily get here by calling the taxi service "Taxi Alicante". There is usually a taxi on the doorstep within 5 minutes.
