Hi, we are Wim and Sandra and we come from Heiloo, the Netherlands. In Spain we have a lovely house close to the sea. We rent out the entire ground floor of our beautiful villa. The villa stands on a large fenced plot, where you have complete freedom. There are plenty of lovely places to sit in the sun or shade. Enjoy your private pool, rinse off in the outdoor shower and then light the outdoor barbecue with the family or friends. In close proximity are several shops, such as Mercadona, Aldi and Lidl. The beach is within walking distance. You have enough space in the house. The bathroom was recently completely renovated (with walk-in shower) and the kitchen was renovated last year. But you probably live outside most of the time!
