Comfortable and spacious apartment, fully equipped and cosily furnished. Everything was neatly clean. We found the beds a bit on the hard side, the only downside.

The apartment is nice and quiet, almost directly on the golf course, but there is plenty of grass around the terrace for children to play. The resort is really beautifully maintained and there are several outdoor swimming pools that you can use. Just outside the entrance of the resort is a supermarket where you can get your daily groceries and fresh bread and otherwise there are several large supermarkets nearby.

Wout and Fleur were very friendly and respond quickly to messages/email.

We had a great time and would love to come back! Very nice house and top location on the very pleasant resort. The interior of the house is also a lot more modern than we were normally used to at Balaia Golf Village.

We had a great holiday at Balaia Golf Village! We stayed with our 3-month-old daughter in apartment 626.
The spacious and well-maintained apartment is perfectly located in the park. You have your own terrace (2 pieces) on a lawn. A lot lower is the fairway of the golf course, so you don't have homes and people in front of your terrace.

On the inside, the interior had just been renewed and the beds were really great! There is a large flat screen TV and high speed internet from the apartment itself.
Both bedrooms have their own bathroom and the kitchen lacks nothing. Tip: Buy oranges along the street, there is a super good orange squeezer.
Because we were in December, it was unfortunately too cold to dive into 1 of the outdoor pools (even though they looked attractive to use).

From the apartment it is a 5 min walk to the beach in a beautiful bay.
The larger supermarket is also easy to walk to, as are several restaurants.

We will definitely be back! We give this house a 10!

Had a wonderful holiday at Balaia Golf Village resort. The resort is spacious with several swimming pools as well as an indoor swimming pool. The house is ideally located on the resort (not on the road or by a pool) but with unobstructed views and facing south, so nice and sunny.
If we go to the Algarve again, I would definitely rent this house again.

We were already familiar with the Algarve but what a wonderful retreat Balaia Golf Village is. Walking distance to the beach, the multiple swimming pools, tennis courts etc, but especially the tranquility that the resort can give. Depends on the location on the resort and this house is also great, not near the road, swimming pool or tennis court but with a view over the golf course.
Can really recommend this property and definitely go there again next time
