Location close to the slopes is very pleasant when you come to ski.

Unfortunately, we found out on the spot that the ski area is bankrupt and you really have to get in the car. Fine in itself but this was not what we expected.

The surroundings are beautiful and a great place for hikers.

We highly recommend this house. We felt right at home. Lovely bed, great kitchen and lovely large shower. Also available for outside. Large garden.

A beautiful house on the 3 country point, located a very short walk to the ski slope. The house is spacious, tastefully decorated and fully equipped. Also for the real winter sports enthusiasts. It also has a large and sunny te...

A beautiful house on the 3 country point, located a very short walk to the ski slope. The house is spacious, tastefully decorated and fully equipped. Also for the real winter sports enthusiasts. It also has a large and sunny terrace, where you can relax. The area is great for skiing and hiking. Hotbad Villach (recommended) or a shopping center is less than fifteen minutes away by car. Been in the spring break with the kids and enjoyed skiing and tobogganing. Nice ski school for kids and beginners! Not to mention being able to enjoy all the restaurants in the area. Like driving to Italy in the evening for the real Italian ;-) In short: an absolute must!

Very nice house at the border triangle of Austria, Italy & Slovenia. The house is located in a quiet village near the cable car to the border triangle. The house has a magnificent view of the mountains at the front and a lovely terrace with lawn at the rear. The house is fully equipped and you never miss out with things like cutlery and kitchen utensils. The house is tastefully decorated and has comfortable chairs and sofa to sit on. The bedrooms and bathrooms are also neat, clean and comfortable. Within a 5-minute drive several supermarkets and some terraces and restaurants.

In the house there are several folders with nice folders/maps about the area.

The surroundings are also lovely. Within walking distance the elevator to the border triangle where you can go for a nice walk and within about an hour's drive various fun activities. (Hiking, cycling, swimming, cable cars, animal parks)

Recommended for Carinthia is the Carinthia pass (Kaerntencard), which is very advantageous if you want to visit various cable cars and attractions.

For us definitely a house and an environment to come back to.
