We were a week with the family in Le Soyeureux. We had a lovely time. We enjoyed the beautiful location and the view of Spa. The hot tub was popular with the kids and the home theater with everyone. The house is very fully equipped and has good beds.

The villa is just amazing. This is the second time we stay with a group of friends.

The villa is just amazing. This is the second time we stay with a group of friends.
We had a fantastic time. The Villa is beautiful and continues to improve. It is immaculately clean and offers all kinds of possibilities (home cinema, sauna, Nordic bath...). We slept very comfortably, all beds were made on our arrival.
Emmanuel is a great host who welcomes us with a magnum as special attention. Communication with Emmanuel is smooth, fast and reliable.

Great house, cozy décor and atmosphere, it lacks nothing.

Billiards, table tennis, table football, cinema, hot tub, sauna, badminton, ...
We especially enjoyed the fireplace for which logs were available.
There is a large lawn and a fully fenced park that ensures security.

The villa is located close to a main road, 2 km away from the center of Spa and shops.

A simply perfect stay in an exceptional villa.

The welcome is warm. Complete presentation of the house, the space is huge. The owner Emmanuel is available and very friendly (thank you for the bottle of champagne). The villa is tastefully decorated with all modern comforts, each room has its own theme and the cleanliness is perfect. We liked the sauna, billiards, home cinema and the nordic bath and fire in the living room.
Highly recommended, we will come back to it.

What a fantastic country estate. Very spacious and spacious holiday home with a rich history. 6 themed bedrooms, 4 toilets, 3 bathrooms, 4 showers, movie room, wood-fired hot tub, lovely terraces, spacious lawn, sauna, 2 kitchens/dining rooms. An ideal house for a family holiday where you can be together, but also have more than enough space to retreat for a while. Nice to see that the house from 1906 with its beautiful stained glass details is brought up to contemporary standards in style. The town of Spa with all its facilities, shops and restaurants is just around the corner! Very quiet neighborhood with lots of privacy.

Our contacts with Emmanuel were very pleasant and we thank them for the friendly gesture that we were allowed in the night before. The welcome by Francesco was extensive and cordial. We really appreciated this piece of Unesco heritage and highly recommend Le Soyureux!

Billiards, table tennis, table football, movie room, hot tube, sauna, badminton, pétanque, For the babies there were travel cots and 1 high chair.

Playground equipment in the garden. Lovely large lawn with nice sun loungers. It is close to a main road, not bothered by it.
Had beautiful weather, lived and ate outside all week. Nice and cool in the house downstairs, very warm on the top floor, there is a fan.

Good beds, all beds made.
Deposit paid, the bags of wood are deducted from that (Hottube), beds slept on and tax, rest will be refunded.

Kitchen quite small but dining rooms large, we only used the dining room and kitchen on the ground floor.

Worth repeating, the only drawback was a stair step which is very loose, it is important that this is repaired quickly and the oven door does not close properly.

In a word: Perfect. From the beginning, the welcome is warm and attentive. The house is just amazing, located in a private forest. Well renovated with all the comforts and beautiful decoration. Despite the cold temperature, we ...

In a word: Perfect. From the beginning, the welcome is warm and attentive. The house is just amazing, located in a private forest. Well renovated with all the comforts and beautiful decoration. Despite the cold temperature, we enjoyed the Nordic outdoor pool (provided enough time to warm up the water), sauna, home cinema. In the evening, billiards by the fireplace.
Spa shops are 5 minutes by car.
