Spacious holiday home, very clean, fully equipped and friendly hospitable owners.
You will stay in the middle of dairy farms and grasslands. Plenty of space and tranquility (but many agricultural vehicles on a nice mowing day). Without having to drive too much car, you can enjoy yourself here for a week. Cycling the ferry route, sailing in the Alde Feanen, visiting Sneek, Aqua Zoo in Leeuwarden, walking in Oranjewoud etc.

Beautiful, super clean, very complete and very large holiday home, in a beautiful area of Friesland.
Very friendly owners, also had a tour of their cattle farm very interesting.
Will definitely come back.

Had a nice stay! Big, clean. Friendly landlords. The stairs to the top are steep, luckily there was a stair gate.

Everything looked well cared for, clean, nice big living room with kitchen, good beds. Had a fun and educational tour of the farm.

what a wonderful stay in a very quiet, yet fairly central place for trips in Friesland. Nature reserve "de Deelen" is nearby and definitely worth a visit.

Fantastic house with all mod cons. Super clean. Comfortable beds. Very friendly welcome. Johan's tour of the dairy farm was very nice and interesting. We had a wonderful weekend and will definitely come back!

A wonderful place to relax! Located on a quiet road, with all the primary necessities within a 15 minute drive. Johan & Ida gave a warm welcome, with of course Fryske Dumkes. The cottage itself is fully equipped, spacious and c...

A wonderful place to relax! Located on a quiet road, with all the primary necessities within a 15 minute drive. Johan & Ida gave a warm welcome, with of course Fryske Dumkes. The cottage itself is fully equipped, spacious and cosily furnished. The stairs to the top are narrow, with young children you have to pay attention (even though there is a stair gate at the top). The beds are comfortable, the wooden beams in the living room and bedrooms give an authentic atmosphere. The children found interesting hiding places everywhere in the house and liked the fact that they were allowed to check the chickens every now and then to see if there were eggs. The setting is beautiful. There are chickens and pigs on the farm itself and the owners are happy to give you a tour of their dairy farm. The boys were even allowed to sit in the tractor for a while! In the area you can go for a nice walk in the bog, visit a pumping station, and there are plenty of nice restaurants such as a pancake restaurant and a tea house about a 20-minute drive away.

Lovely spacious holiday home. Everything is there. Clean. Pleasant contact with the landlords. The farmer (and enthusiastic sons) are happy to give a tour of the farm, highly recommended!
