The surroundings surprised us with all those different canals and all the water. Nice area for cycling and also for the less beautiful days there are plenty of opportunities for entertainment.

Stayed together for a week with my 84-year-old mother in this beautiful cottage. We enjoyed it immensely. What a beautiful cottage, equipped with all comforts and spotlessly clean. The garden and seating area under the canopy outside are also wonderful to stay. Very pleasant contact with the landlord who makes every effort for a pleasant stay. Top cottage. We will definitely be back!

We stayed a week in the holiday home: Anna in Denekamp.
We had a fantastic week there in a super well furnished and clean house.
We had taken the bikes with us and toured every day around Denekamp and Ootmarsum, a beautiful and versatile part of Overijsel that is definitely worth discovering.
Given the beautiful and somewhat warm weather (fortunately), it was particularly pleasant that the house was equipped with an air conditioning system, so that it was nice and cool in both the living room and the bedrooms after a sporty cycling day.
In short: This Anna is definitely recommended.

A beautifully decorated holiday home in a quiet park. Too quiet for us with 2 young adults (21 & 23 years) Fortunately, our sons had their fishing rod with them to be able to fish at the pond, otherwise the park is not very inviting for adolescents or young adults. The surprise that was not included in the description was the washing machine, which is definitely a must. Still a bit little privacy due to low forestation.
The toilet is very low unfortunately, which caused me to have a lot of pain in my back (weak back) so much so that we were forced to go home after 4 days of vacation. It's a shame when you look forward to it for so long as a family.
Some tips:
We missed a closet space for the groceries and mosquito nets on the windows and garden door.
And a hook for the garden door (which does not stay open) and the 2 pers bed is very short. Sorry for the minus points, but see it as points for improvement for the future.
