Had a wonderful week with family at the beginning of September. You may notice that landlords themselves also use housing; Nothing is missing in terms of inventory. Property is in a quiet place just outside the hustle and bustle. All amenities are easily accessible by bicycle (available at the cottage). Would recommend this house.

We had a wonderful week in this cosily furnished holiday home. The garden is very sunny and offers a lot of privacy. Beach and nature are nearby.

Schouwseduin 12 is a lovely house with a large enclosed garden with lots of privacy. And very fully furnished and fully equipped; Even the spare batteries for the remote control were ready! Not that we watched much TV, but still............

Of course we were lucky enough to have a lot of sunny weather, but the first day already a deer in the garden! Where do you experience that?
Nature (beach, dunes and forest) and amenities (complete shopping facilities) around the corner (five minutes by bike).
The baker opposite the church in Burgh (In the Soete Suijkerbol) could always count on my visit in the morning because they sell such delicious sandwiches and delicacies!

Wonderful cycling and walking tours. Veere, like many small villages that you come across, is very nice and visited the Flood Museum in Ouwerkerk; very impressive!!

A stay that is worth repeating!!

This house was just amazing! The location is perfect; 5 minutes by bike for the bakery in the morning, 5 minutes by bike to the sea and you can walk straight into the dune area for a beautiful walk. Guaranteed deer spotting in ...

This house was just amazing! The location is perfect; 5 minutes by bike for the bakery in the morning, 5 minutes by bike to the sea and you can walk straight into the dune area for a beautiful walk. Guaranteed deer spotting in this area.
For the children there were toys for inside (selected by age by the landlords) and outside (including beach toys and a really good trampoline).
The house is also very well and practically furnished. Kitchen inventory is spacious and beautiful. Even a good sharp knife!
In terms of hospitality, also top, the personal welcome and explanation is just very pleasant. Our daughter turned 8 during the holidays and there were balloons hanging in front of her and she got presents!
We really had a very nice week and would love to come back again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this house. First of all, the pleasant, personal welcome. Heating and lights already on, bottle of Schouwse wine on the table and fine details such as candles, coffee capsules, soap, dishwasher blocks, etc. for grabbing. That feels like a warm welcome! During our stay we had a lot of fun with the private, spacious garden (in February!!) and with the fIetsen, trampoline and table tennis table.
Inside quickly feels familiar; with a blanket on the couch, Sonos on and playing nice games at the large table. The kitchen is small, so cooking together is not very convenient, but it is well equipped with pans, cutlery and other necessities (including spices). We think the shower is also worth mentioning: the water pressure is super so that you are really in a downpour under the rain shower. Delicious.
All in all, a house to come back to.
