We stayed in this holiday home for two weeks in the summer of 2021. Of all the houses we have been to in the past 30 years, this one is definitely in the top 3.
The house has a good atmosphere and an incredibly large garden, with of course a fantastic swimming pool. It is an unheated swimming pool, but because of the sun the temperature is fine. The kids had a great time in the pool.
Our teenager slept in the dovecote. With his own shower and toilet, he could go his own way in the evening and we were not bothered by his noises in the morning. As a result, we were able to sleep in.
The bedrooms are fine and because of the thick walls of the house also nice and cool in a warm period.
Finally, the internet connection, which is good in itself, it is a 5Mbit connection. That will be fine for most families, but for our family it was a bit on the tight side. With two users streaming Youtube to mobile phones and one user wanting to watch Netflix, there is little bandwidth left for the fourth user. Luckily there is a Wifi button on the internet router so I could easily throw out the wifi and still work on my computer via a cable.
In summary, if you want a wonderful holiday, then this is the house, costs some, but you get a lot.
We will definitely come back.
