Very clean holiday home. Landlord extremely friendly and helpful. House gives a lot of privacy. No immediate neighbors. Beds are very good. Located 1.5 km from Lutterzand, where you can go for a beautiful walk. House is located after a long driveway on busy road. If you want to walk, you always have to take a car or bike. However, you can be in Germany in no time.

It's been a month, but still.
We all enjoyed the weekend at Erve Beertke, everything was there, what you need for a weekend. We had good weather, had a lovely walk in Lutterzand, shopped in Oldenzaal and ate. In the evening a beautiful starry sky due to freezing cold.
I would say just do it, stay at Erve Beertke, definitely worth repeating for us.

Tip: For the small bathroom, mount clothes hooks on the wall. so that the stool remains free to sit on.

Beautiful house, quick and easy whatsapp contact with landlord. Very complete, the only thing we missed was a baby bath. Highly recommended to rent this house

It is a pity that if you want to take a walk from the house, you always have to walk along the road with car traffic.
We found the duvets too thin and not warm enough.
