We spent a wonderful two weeks in this dreamy place surrounded by nature. Everything you need is available in the house. Karl is a wonderful host and was always available for any questions. Thank you Karl!

If you like peace, nature, sightseeing and fishing in an idyllic setting, this is the place. We had wonderful weeks in the comfortable, homely gite with enclosed garden, king size bed and good WiFi. We also enjoyed the animals (goats, chickens and ducks) very much. Karl is a welcoming and pleasant host. Highly recommended!

This time we were allowed to call ourselves zookeepers for a week. As always kindness, Karl asked if we wanted to look after the animals so that he could go away for a few days. In the morning and evening the chickens and ducks...

This time we were allowed to call ourselves zookeepers for a week. As always kindness, Karl asked if we wanted to look after the animals so that he could go away for a few days. In the morning and evening the chickens and ducks from perch to roost, collecting eggs, feeding the goats in a wonderfully quiet 'retreat' environment. Highly recommended.

In short, the ideal holiday destination to enjoy and unwind. We will definitely be back!

Also close to the Richard the Lionheart route with all its beautiful villages and castles; Recommended!
