Cala Llonga is a nice town located on a beautiful bay and equipped with all comforts (beach chairs, beach bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops) for a relaxing holiday. Ibiza hotspots can all be reached within half an hour. The park in which the apartment is located is somewhat outdated, but the location and swimming pools are fine. The apartment is on the tight side but functional. Beds sleep well and the air conditioning is lovely. Bathroom is in need of renovation but still compliant. Kitchen is new so good. Balcony and view are great, price/quality ratio is fine. Rental process through Micazu and direct contact with the landlord is going well. Because the bathroom is also being renovated in the fall, we only had 2 points for improvement: the sofas on the balcony smell somewhat musty (these are apparently also being renewed!) and the number of towels received for a whole week was too limited.

Thanks for the detailed feedback :) It remains a beautiful place with many facilities. It's always nice to read how people experienced it and to read improvements, which we also ask for in concrete terms. Basically, the apartment is for 2 to 4 people, with 5 people it will be tight (in your case). It is only allowed to rebuild/renovate in winter time and is on the list. Basic towel package is 2x pp. -> these can be washed in the washing machine or one can rent extra towels. Many thanks again and hope to see you soon !
