Kas Blau is not your average holiday, it is a spacious tropical house, where everyone will feel at home!

The biggest highlight is the huge (up to 75 m2!) Covered wooden porch (veranda) on the back of the house: the afternoon relaxing in the hammock in the shade, evening the ideal place to enjoy a meal outside and enjoy the rest.
The porch has a large dining table with chairs, loungers, and a ceiling fan (read, as well) mood lighting. To the porch around the lush garden, with a second hammock under the trees.

Kas Blau is also within spacious: there are two large bedrooms (each at least 20m2), a fully refurbished in 2011 and beautiful bathroom, a bright spacious living room and an open kitchen. At the front is a front porch.
One bedroom has a double bed while standing in the other two single beds. Both rooms are equipped with split-unit (quiet) air conditioning and feature a built in closet. In one of the rooms is safe.
If necessary, it is possible to place. Extra mattress / bed There is also a cot available. The living room has a double sofa bed. The house can accommodate up to 5 people.
The bathroom has a large shower (with hot water), toilet and sink.
The living room has a solid (dining / games / work) table with chairs and a seating area. In the low cabinet are always books and games. There is a portable radio / CD player.
There is deliberately no television. Bonaire is an 'off-island' par excellence. A TV barely hear it. Experience shows that our guests the device never actually "miss"!
The u-shaped concrete kitchen is equipped with every comfort: 4 burner stove with oven, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, toaster and large fridge-freezer. Further than with potten/pannen/servies- and glassware.
In the utility room is a (fully automatic) washing machine at your disposal. You will also find the barbeque, a large and a small cooler and two beach chairs.

We think Bonaire is fantastic and are the proud owners of Kas Blau. Because family lived on Bonaire we ended up on the island and we were immediately enthusiastic. The people, the lifestyle, it is so relaxed and completely different than in the busy western Netherlands. Bonaire is the perfect place for us to relax in the tropical sun and enjoying the beautiful scenery both above and below water.

Explanation of prices

prices
The rental price per week for an occupancy of 1 or 2 people is € 750. An additional charge of €75 (per week) is charged for each additional person (up to a maximum of 5). We do not have fixed changeover days!
The rental price includes:

• transfer to and from the airport (also at night)
• use of WiFi/gas/water/electricity (normal consumption)
• clean bed linen once a week
• final cleaning
• service manager available during your stay.

The rental price does not include the government-mandated tourist tax of US$5.50 per person (from 13 years) per night. This tax must be paid with the rental amount and is transferred by us to the government.

There is NO high season surcharge!

Conditions
After your reservation, you will receive a confirmation by email, after which the reservation is final. The deposit of 20% of the total rental price must be paid within 14 days after this confirmation.
Six weeks before your arrival on Bonaire, we must also receive the remainder of the total rental amount, as well as the deposit (€ 150).
The deposit will be refunded immediately when:
• everything is found to be damage-free and complete after your departure, and when
• it appears that water and/or electricity use was not excessive.
If it concerns a last-minute booking, the total rental amount must be paid at once.

Cancellation
In the extremely unfortunate event that your holiday cannot go ahead, the following cancellation provisions and costs apply.
• In case of cancellation up to 6 weeks (42 days) before the start of the first day of the rental period, the cancellation costs amount to: the down payment (20% of the total rental price).
• From 42 days to 7 days before the day of commencement of the first day of the rental period: 50% of the total rental amount.
• From 7 days to 1 day before the start of the first day of the rental period: 90% of the total
