Welcome to our detached villa less than 10 minutes from Disney, located in a quiet community (quiet neighborhood and well maintained). The house is very centrally located 1km away from a large Walmart and many restaurants and shops. Parking on site and private pool.
The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for up to 8 people.
Master bedroom has a king bed + private bath with bathtub
Bedroom 2 (front of house) has a queen bed + private bath with tub
Bedroom 3 + 4 both have 2 single beds and a shared bathroom with bath
The kitchen is fully equipped including filter coffee machine, dishwasher, large fridge + freezer, pans, plates etc. The living room has a large 65" TV with many channels through Direct TV streaming, Sling TV and Netflix. In addition, the house has fiber optic internet (300mb). The master bedroom and queen bedroom also have their own TV.
The bathroom in the master bedroom has a bath and the shower and toilet have grab rails for extra support.
There is a game room with pool table and air hockey.
The house has recently been equipped with new beds, laminate, the air conditioning and pool heater have also recently been replaced. The pool and garden are maintained weekly.
The big advantage of this house is the privacy, there are no rear neighbors and there is a fence on both sides.
