Holland House Cape Coral is located in one of the most beautiful and peaceful villa neighborhoods of Cape Coral with access to the Gulf of Mexico through a channel without bridges. The house has a jetty, boat dock, and boat lift and a beautiful heated swimming pool with a spa. The back of the villa faces south, so you can enjoy the sun all day. Through the many palm trees that surround the villa, plenty of shade has been created. The terrace is equipped with a mosquito net roof and has a gas barbecue. There is a large master bedroom (king size) with an ensuite bathroom on the ground floor. On the 1st floor, there are 2 large bedrooms (king-size beds) and a small bedroom with a double sofa bed.

Shops and restaurants are a short distance from the villa. If you are flying from Europe you can fly from Amsterdam to Fort Myers with 1 stop. Cheap direct flights also go to Fort Myers from Dusseldorf. From the airport, you can easily come to the accommodation by rental car or Uber taxi.

The islands of 'Pine Island', 'Sanibel', 'Captiva' and the beaches of Fort Myers are a short distance from the accommodation. The public golf course "Coral Oaks" is also close by.

You can also fish from the private dock. If you go into the Gulf of Mexico by boat, you will often be greeted by dolphins. The air quality in Cape Coral is the healthiest in the US.

The villa is owned by Dutch people and is managed locally by a permanent team that can help you with all common matters. The villa is in a safe and quiet neighborhood and is easily accessible from the main roads. There are also various shopping malls and outlet centers a short distance from the villa. Well-known sights include the Ford and Edison winter estate in Fort Myers. The Dali museum in St. Petersburg and Orlando with its amusement parks is easy to visit with a day trip.

If you want to play golf, there is the Coral Oaks golf club at a few kilometers from the villa. More interested to sail yourself? We are happy to help you to rent a boat or canoe. You can park the boat in the dock with a lift behind the house. The famous islands with a sandy beach and the Gulf of Mexico are too easy to reach, without having to go under bridges, via the wide canals and along with the mangrove trees. When you leave the port, you are often greeted by dolphins and along the banks, you can also encounter many sea cows. In short, a gigantic experience.
