Our apartment, which is in a very central location, is accompanied by so much silence. If you go outside, after 200 meters you will reach the beach. Around the apartment you will find many hairdressers, greengrocers, supermarkets, patisseries, cafes, restaurants, hospitals, pharmacies, gyms. Of course also the colorful clothing stores.

Our apartment has been recently renovated. It has been designed to offer you an extremely comfortable stay. The apartment is fully equipped to make you feel at home. We have a fast wifi connection, a smart TV where you can watch Netflix and a large private garden where you can enjoy the sunset.

Around our apartment you will find gyms, several cafeterias, hairdressers, restaurants, pharmacies, beaches and markets. You can get everywhere within walking distance.

Ezgi's apartment can be rented for long-term stays. Our guests who wish to stay longer than 28 days are kindly requested to contact us.

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
