famous with its three thousand year old Lycian rock tombs, Caretta
Caretta Iztuzu beach, Dalyan river, mud baths, Sultaniye -hot springs
and many other attractions. Dalyan is located on the winding River Dalyan
that flows between the Mediterranean Sea and Lake Koycegiz.
Fitted out to the highest standards, this villa is located in a quiet
residential area of Dalyan and only a 5 minute walk to the town
downtown which is surrounded by a variety of shops and riverside
restaurants to suit all tastes.
This five bedroom villa has been individually decorated to a very high standard
as are all modern amenities including air conditioning in every room,
marble floors and well refurbished new bathrooms. Kitchen is fully
equipped with fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and
hob, kettle and toaster. This villa has the option of
viewing the world famous Lycian rock tombs and mountains from its

surrounded by the walls, lemon/spruce pines and begonvilles for
increasing your privacy. Villas private 36sqm natural salt system
pool with 1.65 meters deep is located on the left side of the garden
as you enter the villa. This pool has ample space for outside
shower and sun loungers to enjoy the sun. The other side of the
garden which is also surrounded by plants and trees has the
outside sitting and dining area with BBQ.

My name is Ergün, I live in southwestern Turkey near the Mediterranean coast in the small town of Dalyan. It is one of the most famous travel and tourist destinations in Turkey. I have lived in Dalyan all my life and am passionate about this area, its historical sites and beautiful scenery. I really want to share it with everyone.
