- The villa is located on a plot of approximately 390m2. The garden is spacious and features grass, garden lighting and plants and is located around the Villa.

GARDEN FURNITURE;
- Furniture: 2 tables, 2 parasols, 8 chairs + pillows, 6 sun beds with mattresses. Fixed BBQ on both terraces.

TERRACE;
- There is a spacious terrace on the ground floor and partly by the pool. On the roof is a large sun terrace.

BATH AND BEDLINES;
- Bath and linen are included in the price. You will receive 1 small and 1 large towel per person, and next to the bed made an extra sheet and extra pillowcases.

MINIBUS (DOLMUS)
- From the main entrance of the park, minibuses (Dolmus) drive richSing Milas and Bodrum. Departure times depend on the season. Look at the front desk and entrance to the park for the most up-to-date overview. Costs approx 7 lira pp Since 2014, a special shuttle has been taken to the Migros supermarket, located a little further. This shuttle is free. Directly at the Villa is a stop with timetable. The shuttle runs from 1 June to 1 October.

The beaches are located on the bays of the rocky coastline, consisting mainly of coarse sand and pebbles, and are provided with sun beds, umbrellas and some also with lounge kisses, swim ladder, prelines and catering facilities.

SHOPS;
- A Migros supermarket is about 1 km away, where you can shop for a good value for money. Also in Migros is the nearby fishing village of Bogazici

We then relax and enjoy all the comfort, the wonderful private pool in the garden and chill out on the terrace or roof terrace. We visit the various fishing villages, play a round of Golf or sail the Aegean Sea on a Gullet.

Located on the West coast of Turkey in the province of Mugla, 20 minutes from the airport, in between the historic town of Milas (approx. 25km) and bustling Bodrum (approx 25km) at the 5* resort Lakeside Garden with views at the Tuzla (salt water) lake and the Aegean Sea.

Within walking distance of the picturesque fishing village of Bogazici with several restaurants.
Also within walking and/or shuttle distance of several Private Beaches, restaurants, supermarkets and small shops.

Milas and Bodrum are easily reached by minibus (Dolmus). The Dolmus stops at the main gate of the resort. You can check the timetable at the gate for arrival and departure hours.

The Turkish coast with its rugged coastline is the perfect location when it comes to nice bays, small uninhabited rocky islets and traditional fishing villages. Most popular on the West coast of Turkey is the Bodrum peninsula, with the historic town of Milas in the far North and bustling Bodrum on the South side. The intermediate region is characterized by green hills with olive and pine trees and especially the many picturesque fishing villages with restaurants along the harbor. ENJOY is what you will do when you choose to spend your vacation in the luxurious villa Nisus 5. You'll feel like a king, dining on the terraces, relaxing on the edge of your private pool or at a BBQ party ....... Nisus 5 is the perfect place when it comes to enjoying yourselves as a couple, with family or with friends ...

Nisus 5 is really well equipped! Each room includes air conditioning. Also bed linen and towels are included. The cozy living room has a fireplace, comfortable sofa and armchairs and a dining area as well as a TV with satellite and CD/DVD player. You just need to bring your favorite CD's and DVD's.
The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped which makes self catering a pleasure. After dinner, the dishwasher does the dishes, while you can relax. For BBQ lovers there are built in BBQ's located on both the terrace on the ground floor and the roofterrace. All you need to do is to choose on which terrace you want to dine. For your convenience the roof terrace is equipped with pantry with kitchen with hot and cold running water and a tsble top fridge with small freezer.
Do you need to do your laundry during your stay? No problem. Nisus 5 is equipped with a washing machine with a clear English manual. We even thought of a steam iron, ironing board, airer and hair dryer!
The 3 double bedrooms are equipped with reading lights, side-tables, a chest of drawers and wardrobes, and provide access to a balcony or terrace. The master bedroom is equipped with an electronic safe. The fourth room contains a comfortable sofa bed and can be used as an additional relaxation space used by those who need to retreat or as a bedroom for 1 adult or 2 children. This room has a chest of drawers and also provides access to a balcony.

Due to the remarkably friendly climate of Turkey there is a big chance that you spend most of your time outside the house. In that case, Nisus 5 again is "the place to be". The garden around the house is very spacious (approx 390m2 plotsize) and you will have enough privacy and space for total relaxation. There is a total of 6 sun beds with mattress, 2 tables, 8 chairs with cushions and two umbrellas. You just need to choose where to sit or lie down. Chilling out on the poolside? Or rather on the lawn? Do you prefer a drink on the terrace? Or choose your full privacy on the rooftop .......??

Nisus 5 is located at the 5 * resort 'Lakeside Garden. This means that you as a guest not only have all comforts of the villa, but you can also use the facilities that the resort has to offer you. The resorts facilities are concentrated in the "center" around the large communal pool. An ideal place for a relaxed way to get acquainted with the other guests of Lakeside Garden.

The restaurant offers an extensive menu with a choice of local and international dishes and delicious desserts. Dinner can be served indoors, outdoors and in hight season at the terrace on the roof.

Along the coastline several Privat Beaches have arisen. Two of them are located directly opposite the main gate of Lakeside Garden. In the high season transportation to and from the Private Beaches is arranged by shuttles. Mostly free. So if you fancy a refreshing swim in the Aegean Sea, you can choose which is your favorite Beach. There is free use of sun beds, umbrellas and on some Beaches lounge cushions and gazebo's.
Depending on the season there are several watersports activities held along the shore.
Definitely a lovely place for a day of sun and sea pleasure.

Vita Park; The difference made by the love for golf ...

Vita Park Golf Resort celebrated the opening of its Milas par-71 course on 11 July 2008. The track is the first of two 18-hole courses planned for the resort and the first in the Bodrum-Milas region to meet international standards.
Vita Park lies close to Tuzla Bay, a unique wetland and habitat for several rare species of birds and flamingos.
The resort comprises a total area of ??one and a half million square meters, including the 5795-meter track, clubhouse and the Mike Adams Golf Academy. It is the only golf course in Turkey with an ISO 14001 certification. Accredited by TürkAK and German DAR (Deutscher Akkreditierungs Rat).

Milas par-71 course offers all the charm and challenge of a traditional course and includes features reminiscent of the best Scottish links courses. The resort is born from respect and passion for the game, the pursuit of perfection and the desire to play in the best possible conditions.
With an average of 240 players per day in summer (groups of four players start every nine minutes) and about 180 per day in the winter, Milas course is designed for good strategic game in perfect harmony with the natural environment.

In the immediate vicinity of Lakeside Garden are various attractions.

Beside various restaurants, supermarkets, the facilities at Lakeside Garden and the Private Beaches, within walking distance you'll find the picturesque fishing village Bogaziçi with several fish restaurants with terraces alongside the water. Here you can enjoy delicious freshly prepared seafood and local specialties.
Bogaziçi is also home to the Turkish Güllet
"Milkyway", where you can enlist for an unforgettable daytrip on the Aegean Sea.
Golf lovers can play a good round of golf at about 10 minutes drive across the Tuzla lake.

Minibuses (Dolmus) depart at the main gate of Lakeside Garden on a regular basis, heading towards the bustling historic town of Bodrum and the typical ancient Turkish town Milas. The Dolmus stops at several villages along the main route. From the central bus station at Bodrum or Milas buses depart in all directions.

Depending on the season the buses depart from early morning until dawn.

Turkey is famous for its many large and small markets. There is always a market going on nearby.
The markets in the fishing villages are often smaller and mainly focused on selling vegetables, fruits, cheese, nuts, olives, herbs and spices. In larger villages and towns there is also an extensive selection of textiles.
The most famous markets within a half an hour drive from Lakeside Garden are the markets in Bogaziçi, Güvercinlik, Milas and Bodrum.
On Tuesday there is a real large and famous textile market above the central bus station in Bodrum. Also a big market is held on Tuesdays, criss-cross through the narrow streets of the ancient town of Milas. Both the markets in Milas and Bodrum are absolute worth the visit.
In Bogaziçi and Güvercinlik there's weekly markets where all your fresh produce can be purchased. Nothing beats freshly picked, sun-ripened strawberry's ..... Does it?

For those who really like shopping Bodrum is a paradise!
In and around the center many modern fashion stores, jewelers and souvenir shops can be found. At the Marina you will find the upscale fashion stores. Following the main road to Gumbet you'll find the "Oasis" Shopping Center with many shops, restaurants and a bowling center.

Nowhere in the world you'll find as many archaeological sites as in Turkey and along Turkey's West coast. There are many archaeological excavations from the classical Greek period, Roman and Biblical history.
In the immediate vicinity of Lakeside Garden but also further along the Aegean coast and in and around Milas (ancient Mylasa) and Bodrum (Halicarnassus) are numerous historic sites.

Lake Tuzla, protected by the surrounding hills where Pines and Tamarisk grow and olives are grown, is one of the most beautiful places in Turkey. The remains of ancient ruins along the smooth surface of the Lake, under an ever blue sky forms an unforgettable scene.

The castle of St. Peter (in Bodrum)is well worth a visit. The 15th century old Castle of St. Peter is the symbol of the city. A visit to this Castle can take several hours due to the various indoor museums that are located at the Castle.
Other sites in Bodrum worth visiting are:
- The Underwater Archaeological Museum:
The famous underwater museum has the most extensive collection of maritime trade-amphorae (large, especially Phoenician, Greek and Roman jars, from underwater shipwrecks) of the world.
- The Mausoleum:
The mausoleum is one of the seven wonders of the world and is named after the Carian king Mausolus, for whom the tomb was built. The stone of this impressive monument that was destroyed by a major earthquake, was later on used in the construction of the castle.
- The Antique Theater:
Little is preserved of Halicarnassus, but the theater on the south side is still reasonably intact. It is considered one of the oldest theaters in Anatolia. In summer one can enjoy the many concerts and special performances that are given.

The old town of Milas is known for its typical houses and as an icon in the art of Carpet Knotting.
Worth a visit in and around Milas:
- The ancient sanctuary of Labraunde, which was dedicated to Zeus.
- The Firuz Bey Mosque (Firuz Bey Camii) built in 1394. A wonderful example of Ottoman architecture.
The most important monuments of the antique Milas, Mylasa are
- The Bath of Faustina
- The small temple of Apollo Delphinion
- The amphitheater
