All toilets have a built-in bidet function.
ROOF TERRACE WITH PANTRY AND FIXED BBQ
- The pantry (located on the 2nd floor) is equipped with: countertop with granite countertop, hot and cold running water and the washing machine.
GARDEN WITH SWIMMING POOL
- In the garden is the lovely private swimming pool. Dimensions: width approx. 3m; length approx. 7m; depth approx. 1.40m.
NATURE OF THE GARDEN
- The villa is secluded on a plot of approximately 390m2. The garden is spacious and has grass, natural stone terrace, garden lighting and plants (feel free to pick fresh lemons from the lemon tree) and is located around the Villa.
GARDEN FURNITURE
- Furniture: 2 tables, 8 chairs + cushions, 6 sunbeds with mattresses. Fixed BBQ on both terraces (including on the roof terrace).
TERRACE
- There is a spacious, partly covered, terrace on the ground floor and by the pool. On the roof there is a large sun terrace, where you have plenty of privacy while sunbathing.
BATH AND BED LINEN
- Bath and linen are included in the price. You will receive 1 small and 1 large towel per person. The bed is made.
YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN SWIMMING AND BEACH TOWELS.
USE OF AIR CONDITIONING
- Included in the price on a fair use basis. In the event of extreme use, additional costs may be charged, which may be deducted from the deposit.
INTERNET
- At the time of updating this advertisement, it is not yet clear whether there is free Wi-Fi at the Villa. In any case, there is free Wifi around and around the large communal swimming pool and the reception (downstairs in the park).
PARKING
- 1 parking space directly at the house.
ACCESSIBILITY
- The nearest airport is Milas-Bodrum Airport, 20 min. from the park.
TRANSFER/TAXI can be arranged on request through the homeowner. There are additional costs associated with this, to be paid to the carrier. Price on request.
CAR RENTAL
- The homeowner can advise you on rental car. You arrange payment yourself with the car rental company.
MINIBUS (DOLMUS)
- Next to and opposite the main entrance of the park is a stop for minibuses (Dolmus) towards Milas and Bodrum (and all villages in between). Departure times depend on the season. Look at the entrance of the park for the most up-to-date overview. Make sure you bring cash with you. Not all Dolmus vans have a PIN device.

BEACH
- There are a number of beaches in the immediate vicinity of the park. The beaches are located on the bays in the bowls of the rocky coastline, consist mainly of coarse sand and pebbles and are equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and some also with lounge cushions, gazebos (Cabana/Gazibo) and catering facilities.
Sunset Beach & Restaurant is the nearest beach (down the hill opposite Lakeside Garden). The price of the sunbeds (incl. mattress and umbrella) is 150 Turkish Lira per day. The Cabanas with lounge cushions cost 2000 Turkish Lira per day (2025 prices).
My Beach & Restaurant is a little further away and is also well worth a visit. Prices of the sun loungers and Cabanas are currently unknown (April 2025).
Yelken Beach & Restaurant in nearby Bogazici is also well worth a visit. They will provide a free shuttle at your request.
GROCERIES
- Directly opposite the entrance of the park is an A-101 supermarket. A little further on (also within walking distance) are a Carrefour supermarket and the more luxurious Macro Market, where you can do your shopping at a good price-quality ratio. A little further on (walking distance, beautiful view) is a Migros.
FOOD & DRINK
In the immediate vicinity and the nearby fishing villages there are several restaurants (see fridge magnets). Some also provide free shuttles. We like to come to Pizza Arugula, ZEST, Ali's (free shuttle, super view) and the various restaurants in Bogazici and Güvercinlik.
