The deposit is 50% of the rental amount and is payable directly after you have received the booking confirmation. The balance is payable 60 days before the start of the rental period. 
Withdrawal from the rental agreement is possible under the following conditions. The deposit of 50% of the rent is owed in any case. In the event of non-arrival or premature termination of the rental, the entire invoice amount remains owed.
