A few minutes' walk from the mountain gondola that takes you to the slopes of the Flumserberg ski area, the largest ski area between Zurich and Chur. Skiing and cross-country skiing are very good here (December to April). The area is also perfect for beautiful walks, both in winter and summer. This is also an excellent place for water sports activities, such as water skiing, windsurfing, diving or supping. An Intersport shop and the marina, where you can rent/buy all water sports equipment, is a two-minute walk away.

The luxury penthouse apartment has two floors and is very spacious and modernly furnished. The apartment has 3 bedrooms (possibility for separate beds), 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room and kitchen and a balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains and the Walensee. There is also ample (free) parking available.

The Walensee resort has its own marina, restaurants and a bar. Children can play on the playground, football field and table tennis tables. It has direct access to the lake and the beach, where you can enjoy a barbecue in the summer. There is also a Spar a few minutes' walk away, where you can get fresh bread rolls, croissants and local products (fresh eggs and honey from nearby farms) every morning. Zurich can be reached by car or train in 45-60 minutes (train station within a few minutes walking distance). The spa and 18-hole golf course in Bad Ragaz can be reached in about 20 minutes by car.
