Groningen is a 15-minute drive away, where you can dine, stroll and enjoy the Saramacca River.
There are several lakes nearby where you can fish peacefully or simply enjoy nature. You can take a walk, go for a bike ride or just do nothing at all.
At the Coppename bridge you can get fresh fish.
