Palm Village is a luxury villa park with 24-hour security at 20 minutes by car from Paramaribo in an environment for people who love peace and nature. At this park we offer you this attractively furnished 2-room apartment (40m2) with spacious covered terrace and large garden (1500 m2), where you can enjoy the luxury, the tranquility, the fruit trees and the birds around you from your lazy chair or hammock.

The apartment consists of a living room with open kitchen, 1 bedroom with spacious double bed and bathroom with shower and toilet and is equipped with air conditioning in the bedroom, hot water, fridge / freezer, gas stove with oven, microwave, stereo, flat screen TV, 110-220 V electricity, Wifi (fiber optic cable), use of washing machine and is suitable for 1-2 people. Bed and kitchen linen, as well as bath towels are provided. There are 2 bicycles available for trips in the countryside or for shopping. A car is optional. There is a gym and swimming pool within cycling distance. There is a supermarket right next to the park.

Rental price: from 385 euros per week. For stays longer than 6 months, the rent is 850.00 euros per month. Final cleaning €35, to be deducted from the deposit.

Villa Palm Village is situated at only 6 kilometers from the famous Fort Nieuw Amsterdam and only 18 kilometers from the Independence Square in the heart of Paramaribo. From JA Pengel International Airport you can be there in an hour (61 km). You rent the lower house of the villa. I myself live on the 1st floor. Enjoy the peace, safety (24-hour security), freedom and nature. The spacious garden (1,500 m2) offers you all the space you need to unwind.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Prices mentioned are based on a minimum of 4 nights, with an occupancy of 1-2 people.
For a 3rd person, an additional €10/day per day will be charged.
The prices include gas, electricity and water.
The prices are excl. the final cleaning ad. 35 euros. This will be deducted from the deposit at the end of the rental period.
The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
