The holiday home has recently been completely renovated and is suitable for 2 to max 10 people.
The house consists of 2 floors which can be rented separately.
Both floors have 2 bedrooms and a kitchen.
The ground floor has 1 shower / toilet facility and the upper floor has 2 shower and toilets.
There is a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds.
There is a wall of 1.8 meters high around the entire plot so that privacy is guaranteed.
There is a beautiful garden with coconut palms, mango trees and other tropical flowers and plants.
From Talpe there are many possibilities for making trips to the herb gardens, turtles, whale watching, diving and snorkeling, tea plantations, wood carving factories, etc.
The location of the house is between Unawatuna and Habaraduwa and located on the land side.
When we arrive at the airport our friend is waiting with his van and then we go from the airport to Colombo and then you go in 2 ways to the south of the island where our house is located.
Option 1 is that we drive along the coast past the beautiful tourist towns, Bentota, Hikkaduwa, Galle and then towards Unawatuna and then to the house which is located in Talpe.
Option 2 is that we go from the airport to Colombo and take the highway to the south. They took many years to rebuild this highway, but since the beginning of 2012 this national highway is completely finished.
However, the difference between option 1 and option 2 is a few hours!
Of course, people who want to rent our house will be picked up from the airport and we will also arrange a 5-day tour of the beautiful island!
