Villa de la Tierra:
Located in the hills, near and with a view of Valencia, the Mediterranean Sea and the Albuferra nature reserve, Villa de la Tierra is a wonderful place to unwind.
The land is 4000m2 in size
The rooms:
Our three double rooms offer a real hotel experience and have spectacular views of Valencia, the Albufera Nature Reserve and the Mediterranean Sea. Each room has its own bathroom and is equipped with toilet, rain shower and sink.
Our kitchen:
The open kitchen is the heart of Villa de la Tierra. Here you can make your own breakfast, lunch or dinner. Coffee and tea are included and we have a small Villa Bar with drink, luxury coffee, sandwiches etc. which can be purchased for a fee.
Our fine kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven and hob.
With an (almost) always cooling breeze from the sea, the balcony terrace is a wonderful place to be together. On our plot of 4000m2 there are several terraces available in full sun or shade.
And last but not least, meet our friendly chickens, peacocks, goats and our parrots Nina (cockatoo), Rocco (grey redstart) and Lulu (Macaw).
Swimming pool:
Our spacious swimming pool (9x5) was completely renovated in 2023 and is located on the lower part of the plot and also has spectacular views to the sea and the city of Valencia. The pool is equipped with a saltwater installation, which is nice for your skin and for the environment.
The swimming pool is shared with the guests in the apartment Casa Deseo located next to the pool.
Casita:
We are particularly proud of our Casita. With its beautiful stained glass windows, it is a wonderful place to retreat, meditate or do yoga exercises. The owners Franc and Marco are both Reiki masters, a session with one of us can be booked on the spot. We also offer Singing Bowl meditations and Singing Bowl healing.
Casa Deseo:
Located directly at the pool, Casa Deseo will be realized in 2024. A nice apartment for up to 4 people. This has a spacious living room with open kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower and separate toilet. Since this is located on the lower part, there is still plenty of privacy. The swimming pool is shared. Case Deseo can also be booked through Micazu.
Valéncia:
The wonderful city of Valencia is 25 minutes away by car. With its beautiful historic city center, squares, churches, there is a lot to experience and see. Don't miss a visit to the Turia park, with its beautiful buildings by the famous architect Calatrava at the end! Did you know that Valéncia is a real cycling city? Due to its flat location and many cycle paths, it is a real pleasure. Furthermore (we think) she has the most beautiful zoo we know, Bioparque, definitely worth a visit.
Beach and nature:
From the Villa you can also quickly reach the beach or the Albufera nature reserve (which can be seen from our Panorama terrace) and there are many hiking opportunities in the area.
Just a 30-minute drive away are two beautiful waterfalls.

Bed linen, towels and cleaning:
The bed linen is included and is also changed depending on the duration of your stay. Twice a week, the room and bathroom are cleaned and towels are changed. Need an extra towel or a change more often? No problem!
Large beach towels (for beach and swimming pool) are also available. These are not included, but you can rent them for only € 5.00 per week.
Notes:
Because of the distance to the next village, a car is highly recommended.
Smoking is allowed on the site, but not inside.
Pets cannot be brought along.
Visitors are welcome, provided they are announced.
Franc and Marco:
Live in the upper layer of the Villa and are present on the property to take care of the animals, maintain the garden, etc. We also live upstairs with our own private outdoor area. Of course we are always available for a question or social chat.
