Villa de la Tierra:
Located in the hills, near and overlooking Valencia, the Mediterranean Sea and Albufra nature reserve, Villa de la Tierra is a wonderful place to unwind. You can be your authentic self here.

The rooms:
Our three double rooms offer a true hotel experience and have spectacular views of Valencia, the Albufera Nature Reserve and the Mediterranean Sea. The adjoining bathrooms are equipped with a toilet, rain shower and sink.

Our kitchen:
The open kitchen is the heart of Villa de la Tierra. Here you can make your own breakfast, lunch or dinner. Coffee and tea are included and we have a small Villa Bar with drinks, luxury coffee, sandwiches etc.
Our fine kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven and hob.
With an (almost) always cooling breeze from the sea, the balcony terrace is a wonderful place to be together. On our plot of 4000m2 there are several terraces available in full sun or shade. And last but not least, meet our friendly chickens, peacocks, goats and Nina, our cockatoo!

Swimming pool:
Our spacious swimming pool (9x5) was completely renovated in 2023 and is located on the lower part of the plot and also has spectacular views to the sea and the city of Valencia.

Casita:
We are very proud of our Casita. With its beautiful stained glass windows, it is a wonderful place to retreat, meditate or do yoga exercises. The owners Franc and Marco are both Reiki masters, a session with one of us can be booked on the spot.

Pool House El Deseo:
Located directly at the pool, our pool house Cass Deseo will be realized in 2024. A nice apartment for up to 4 people. It has a spacious living room with open kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower and separate toilet. Since this is located on the lower part, there is still plenty of privacy. The swimming pool is shared.

Valéncia:
The lovely city of Valencia is 25 minutes away by car. With its beautiful historic city center, squares, churches, there is a lot to experience and see. Don't miss a visit to the Turia park, with its beautiful buildings by the famous architect Calatrava at the end! Did you know that Valéncia is a real cycling city? Due to its flat location and many cycle paths, it is a true enjoyment. Furthermore (we think) she has the most beautiful zoo we know Bioparque, absolutely worth a visit.

Beach and nature:
From the Villa you can also quickly reach the beach or the Albufera nature reserve (which can be seen from our Yoga terrace) and there are many hiking opportunities in the area. We are happy to show you the way!

Bed linen, towels and cleaning:
Bed linen is included and will be changed according to the length of your stay. Twice a week the room and bathroom are cleaned and towels are changed. Do you need extra towels or a change more often? No problem!

House Rules:
You are welcome at Villa de la Tierra, from the moment you arrive until you leave. Your room is available no later than 15:00 on the day of arrival until 12:00 on the day of departure.

Because of the distance to the next village, a car is highly recommended. Smoking is allowed on site, but not inside. Pets cannot be brought. Visitors are welcome, provided that they are announced.

Franc and Marco:
They live in the upper floor of the Villa and are present on the property to take care of the animals, maintain the garden, etc. Furthermore, we live upstairs with our own private outdoor area. Of course we are always available for a question or social chat. Above all, feel at home. At home with us, at home with yourself.
