This charming house Finca Rustica has a private entrance under a beautiful white pergola and offers an oasis of peace. It is connected to the main house, where the owner is always present, ensuring a safe and serene environment.
Inside you will find a spacious kitchen equipped with all the essentials, including an electric stove, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. The dining area comfortably seats 6-8 people, with a cozy seating area and plenty of storage space. The room is also equipped with air conditioning for both cooling and heating.
On the ground floor there is a cozy bedroom with a double bed, a chair and storage space. The first bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and sink. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, each with two beds that can be placed together or separately. Two of these rooms have sinks and the second bathroom has a shower and toilet.
All windows have mosquito nets and three bedrooms are air-conditioned, while the fourth has a fan. Outside, the pergola offers a lovely dining area with a seating area, where you can make the most of the view of the Carasquetta.
This holiday home offers a private outdoor area with an open terrace. Guests can also enjoy access to a shared outdoor area with a fenced shared saltwater pool, sun loungers, garden and barbecue. Ping pong table, darts, jeude-bouls, small gym.
In the vicinity of the property, guests will find various cycling and walking routes.
There is a parking space available on site.

Smoking in the house or studio and celebrating events are not allowed.
Guests must respect the nightly silence from 11:00 pm.
