Our quietly located holiday home, with shared swimming pool, (the swimming pool is closed from March 23 to April 12 due to renovation) is located in a small community on the edge of the cute village of Beniarbeig on the Costa Blanca. Two 2-person bedrooms, bathroom with shower and toilet. Air conditioning in living room and bedrooms. Very complete kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven and microwave. Smart TV in the living room. Fast fiber optic internet and wifi included in rental price. The terrace is an extension of the living room, equipped with a dining table and barbecue. And of course there are sun loungers/beds to enjoy the sun.

ENVIRONMENT Due to its location, there is something for everyone.
  • A fifteen minute drive and you are on one of the beautiful long sandy beaches, the Marina Alta shopping center or in the lively port town of Denia.
  • If you prefer to take the bike or if you like hiking, there are also plenty of routes that take you through the beautiful Orba Valley.
  • You can play golf on one of the golf courses in the area.
  • If you are more into reading a book in the sun and taking a dip in the pool , look no further.
  • The house is within walking distance of the village center where there is always a bar or restaurant open. 
  • The area is a dream for the gourmets among us because there is a lot to do culinary in the Orba valley and beyond. Denia has been a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy since 2015.

Due to the quiet location and fast internet, it is also very suitable as a 'workation' location.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy


In Spain, from August 2024 , we are obliged to have a rental contract signed for the tax authorities. We will send this to you in advance.


Additional costs: final cleaning/laundry (70€) plus deposit (350€) 


Cancellation

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately inform the landlord of this
put.

A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed to the landlord by email. 


In case of cancellation up to 12 weeks before the start of the rental period , total refund
In case of cancellation between 12 and 4 weeks before the start of the rental period 30% cancellation fee 
In case of cancellation within 4 weeks before the start of the rental period, 50% cancellation fee
In case of cancellation within 2 weeks before the start of the rental period, no refund

€ 350,- paid when you book, will be refunded after our team Kevin and
Natascha (your point of contact 24/7) has checked everything the house after your check out.
