New to rent with us is this beautifully located 1 bedroom apartment in the complex of Amarilla Bay. The apartment is on the ground floor. With a lovely terrace overlooking the pool and the courtyard garden. In the living room you will find a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people. There is a spacious dining table with 4 comfortable chairs. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and kettle.

The bedroom has a new bed of 160 x 200. In front of the window there is a muiggennet and burglary event so that you can leave the window open with peace of mind.
In the bath room there is a shower in the bath. A sink, toilet and washing machine.

Within walking distance of Chaparral shopping center and located next to the Yellow Mountain where there is a unique beach bar. The bay next to the yellow mountain is ideal for lovers of marine life. You can snorkel and/or dive here!
Costa del Silencio offers a diverse range of bars/restaurants and shops. Supermarkets are within walking distance of the complex.
From Costa del Silencio you can reach Los Cristianos within 30 minutes. There is an excellent bus connection.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Additional costs for this apartment are: 50 euros final cleaning. And 10 euros per person for laundry.
Late check-in and early check-out between 7:00 PM and 7:00 AM costs 25 euros extra.
IGIC 7% to be paid locally.

Cancellation:
If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
