Welcome to Casa San Telmo Arriba. The house is only 100 meters from the sea and offers a beautiful view of the church of the nearby fantasma village and features sea views from the terrace. The beach in Abades is in the top 10 beaches in Tenerife. It is a dark sandy beach which is very characteristic of the beaches in Tenerife. The bay is somewhat sheltered and has no big waves, which makes it very child-friendly.
In the bay you can enjoy diving and snorkeling.

There are 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 spacious open kitchens and 2 living rooms with TV and Wi-Fi.
The kitchen upstairs is fully equipped, including dishwasher, oven, coffee maker etc and there you will also find the washing machine. The downstairs kitchen is a little simpler and does not have a dishwasher.

The first bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds. The third bedroom is located downstairs and has a double bed. The fourth bedroom is also located downstairs and has a double bed and a double loft bed. In all rooms there are spacious closets for clothes.

Outside on the huge terrace you will find a spacious table and on the other side of the terrace a lounge area. Enough space to enjoy the wonderful weather in Tenerife. A parasol provides you with the necessary protection when you enjoy breakfast or lunch on the terrace.
The downstairs apartment has its own outdoor area with dining table and 4 chairs and a lounge area.

The two apartments are connected to each other by a staircase outside. In such a way that the apartments can also be used and rented separately from each other. See other listings. But together they are ideal for groups or several families who go on holiday together.

In the surrounding area you can walk to your heart's content. Discover the abandoned village or walk along the coast to the next villages. So bring your walking shoes. Nearby you can also go mountaineering, abseiling, learn to surf or take a diving course at the local diving school?

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if, for example, this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone). Landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer use the rented property, he will continue to owe the full rent.

The mandatory 7% IGIC will be deducted at the time of booking. Late arrivals and early departures for an additional fee of 25 euros. Between 19.00 and 8.00
