Casa Milan (Juseu Finca Retreat) is a restored 18th century Masía that can only be rented as a whole. The house faces south above a quiet, green valley in unspoilt nature in the foothills of the Spanish Pyrenees.
The holiday home is located about a hundred meters outside the authentic mountain village of Juseu at an altitude of 800 meters.
Casa Milan is a large family home (very suitable for two families) that can comfortably accommodate four to eight people. But if you would like to stay there as a couple, that is of course also possible and many newcomers and returnees preceded you!
On the ground floor (150 m2) you enter through the entrance into a spacious living room (newly furnished) with comfortable chairs and sofas by a wood stove for the winter. Patio doors lead out to the walled courtyard and to the porch and garden. The views from here of the valley are breathtaking. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a 3 meter dining table. The kitchen has a further pantry and utility room with washing machine.
Both via the stairs in the entrance and outside you reach the upper floor (150 m2). Here are five large bedrooms. There are two bathrooms and three toilets.
In 2024 we renewed the beds and mattresses.
Room 1 has a king-size bed of 200x200 or two twin beds of 100x200.
Room 2 has an antique bed with a new mattress of 150x190.
Room 3 has a 200x200 king-size bed or two twin beds 100x200.
Room 4 has a 160x200 queen bed and a separate 90x200 bed.
Room 5 has a king-size bed of 200x200 or two twin beds of 100x200.
You reach Casa Milan via a paved road and there is plenty of private parking right next to the house. There is good wifi in and around the house.
On the same finca another accommodation can also be rented.
