Villa Lucía is a modern villa for 6 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You can enjoy a beautiful large terrace adjacent to the living room and a large basement relaxation room with TV, children's play area and ping pong table. Villa Lucía is equipped with all modern comforts such as free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, kitchen island with dishwasher, microwave and oven.

Just 50 m away is the beautiful crystal lagoon, unique of its kind in Europe. It is a huge, crystal clear, artificial lake surrounded by pearly white beaches and lawns. Near the lake is "La Reserva", a quality restaurant with a view of the lake and a gym that guests can use.

The Santa Rosalia Lake & Life Resort is a resort for those who love luxury, comfort, sun, sea and sand with a Caribbean atmosphere. Please note, the resort is still under construction. This means that you may still be confronted with work. Villa Lucia is completely finished, as well as all facilities. 

Santa Rosalia is located just 3 km from Los Alcázares, a beautiful seaside resort near the Mar Menor. You will find miles of beaches and dikes where you can enjoy the sun, the sea and long walks. Also some typical Spanish restaurants and bars should not be missed. After about a 20-minute drive you will arrive in Cartagena, a city with a Roman past and after half an hour in Murcia, a bustling student city. If you like shopping, you can go to the La Zenia shopping centre.
