Welcome to our luxury Villa Del Pescador, just a 15-minute walk from Del Pescador beach and located in the lively Spanish village of Santiago de la Ribera. A 1-minute walk away you will find an outdoor playground where your children can play. This property has three bedrooms. Two rooms with double beds and one room with two single beds. There are three bathrooms. Enjoy relaxation and privacy in your own pool and make unforgettable memories on the private roof terrace with a cozy seating area, BBQ and outdoor kitchen.
Within this villa, all rooms are available for our guests. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with an en suite bathroom, while upstairs there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bedroom offers spacious wardrobes for clothes and personal items.
The villa has a spacious living room and a TV. The open-plan kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining area and living room, fully equipped with crockery, cutlery and other essentials.
One of the bedrooms has access to a balcony and there is access to a beautiful roof terrace with seating area and a BBQ for cozy evenings.
Outside you will find a spacious garden with a private swimming pool and a lovely sitting and dining area. Guests can park for free on the street.

Our host will meet the guest on site.
We will contact our guests no later than 24 hours before arrival to coordinate your check-in via Whatsapp. Our host will meet the guest at the rental between 16:00 and 22:00, depending on the agreed time to check in. Late check-in is available upon request and subject to availability for an additional fee.
