Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Rates include bed linen, towels, beach towels, electricity and water according to normal standards. Excluding final cleaning €180,-. 

  • Up to 90 days before arrival: free cancellation
  • From 89 to 60 days before arrival: 30% of the rental price.
  • From 59 to 30 days before arrival: 70%
  • Within 30 days before arrival: 100% of the rental price.

The main tenant of the villa must have a minimum age of 30 years, children at least 10 years. Not suitable for groups.
