Our new ground floor apartment is located on the Mar Menor in San Pedro del Pinatar in a brand new complex. You can enjoy a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by a sunbathing area.

The apartment has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. On the two adjacent terraces you can enjoy a glass of wine in comfort. The outdoor storage room also has a washing machine.

All bed linen and towels are provided in the apartment upon arrival.

A visit to San Pedro del Pinatar and the Mar Menor (beach) is within walking distance. The many nice restaurants will certainly appeal to you.

A visit to Murcia and Cartagena (30 min) are also recommended.

We are Caroline and Gert from Genk (Belgian Limburg) and fell in love with the region around San Pedro del Pinatar on the Costa Calida. In this beautiful part of Spain with more than 300 days of sunshine, the beautiful salt lakes and vast beaches, we found our own place in the small-scale La Llana Beach complex, El Rincon del Pozo.
The completely new apartment (05.2025) is the ideal base for us to enjoy the Spanish sun and region

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Check in /out :

- Late check in/out (after 10 pm) : supplement of 50€ to be paid to the keyholder
- check-out until 11h
- Any flexibility of these hours can be discussed with the key holder

- prices include electricity (15 Kwh/day), water and internet
- Final cleaning costs: 150€
- linen, towels and bath linen are provided
- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment
- Pets are not allowed
- Parties/gatherings are not allowed

Cancellation policy :

-100% refund if the cancellation is 30 days before the agreed check in date.
- 50% refund if the cancellation is 14 days before the agreed check-in date.
- NO refund if the cancellation is communicated less than 14 days before the check-in date .
- Always confirm cancellation to landlord by email

Deposit:

- The deposit is 300€ and will be refunded to the bank account number you provided within 7 days after inspection .

Additional information

Murcia is the capital of the autonomous region of Murcia. You don't want to miss the many terraces with tasty tapas. The cathedral, the plaza San Domingo, the old university and the puento viejo are also worth a visit.

Located on the Mar Menor, a salt lake on the Costa Blanca and owes its fame to the salt production and to the medicinal mud baths.
On the beach of Lo Pagan you see people during the summer months who rub themselves with mud and then let themselves dry in the sun
Then they bathe in the sea. The water of the Mar Menor contains a lot of iodine. People with joint complaints or skin problems indicate that the complaints are reduced by these treatments.
