Welcome to our beautiful apartment in Edificio Parque Carmen Conde, located in the heart of San Pedro del Pinatar. This modern, spacious apartment offers all the comforts for a relaxing holiday and is perfectly located just 200 metres from the Dia supermarket and several excellent restaurants such as Juan Mari.

Cosy terraces are a few hundred metres away, and within 1 kilometre you will find the beautiful beaches and promenade of Lo Pagan on the Mar Menor, where it is bustling with conviviality all year round.

The apartment, located on the first floor and accessible by both stairs and elevator, offers a safe parking space for your car in the building. Thanks to its southeast orientation, you can enjoy the morning sun in the house and on the balcony.

Inside you will find two comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed (180 x 200) and (140 x 200). One of the bedrooms is equipped with a workstation, ideal for remote working. The enclosed, spacious kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and cookware, perfect for preparing delicious meals. The bright and spacious living room has a comfortable sofa and a large Smart TV with international channels, so you can watch your favorite programs, movies and series. All rooms are air-conditioned for both hot and cold air, allowing you to create the perfect temperature at all times. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, toilet and a spacious walk-in shower. One small dog is allowed, but not on the sofa and beds for hygiene reasons.

Our rental prices and rentals are subject to our general rental conditions, which you will receive when booking.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation must be reported in writing to the landlord as soon as possible. In the event of cancellation, the tenant will owe the following to the landlord:
- in case of cancellation up to the 42nd day before the start of the rental period: the full
deposit made with the reservation of the property.
- in case of cancellation between the 42nd and the first day of the rental period or later: 100%
of the total rent of the accommodation plus the administration costs.
