In the old fishing village, San Pedro del Pinatar, you will find our luxury apartment. Within cycling distance of the Mar Menor (inland sea) and the Mediterranean Sea! On the long boulevard along the Mar Menor you will find many cozy bars and shops. Great for walking or cycling along the beach. About 10 minutes by car are 2 nice shopping centers, La Zenia and Dos Mares. Here you can shop to your heart's content. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment you will find many beautiful golf courses. With a choice of Lo Romero Golf (eighteen holes of pure fun), Las Colinas Golf & Country Club, Las Ramblas Golf, Roda Golf, La Serena Golf, La Manga Club, Club de Golf Torre-Pacheco or UGOLF Mar Menor, there is a suitable course for everyone! 

San Pedro del Pinatar is a pleasant place to stay all year round. You can relax during the mild winters and the not very hot summers thanks to the presence of the sea. There are about 320 sunny days annually and the average annual temperature is a blissful 18 degrees. Moreover, it rains very little in this corner of Spain. In San Pedro del Pinatar, all the ingredients are present for an unforgettable stay on the Costa Cálida.

The penthouse is located in an apartment complex with a total of 28 homes. The penthouse has a living room with open kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the first floor. Furthermore, the penthouse has a large sunny roof terrace with outdoor kitchen. There is a communal swimming pool on the complex. 

The living room has a nice sofa. The television has NL Ziet and the most common apps as standard. The soundbar can also serve as a music box; Just connect and listen to your own music. The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances (oven / microwave / dishwasher / induction hob etc.) and forms an extension of the living room.

The master bedroom has 2 single beds which can of course be pushed together.  From this bedroom you can directly use the adjacent bathroom with double sink. The second bedroom also has 2 single beds. The third bedroom has a double bed of 190x150cm. This makes the bed particularly suitable for the children.

The roof terrace is equipped with all comforts: a fully equipped kitchen, dining table with 6 chairs, lounge set, sunbeds, an (outdoor) shower and even an extra toilet. You can spend whole days here!

Finally, there are 4 nice bicycles in the barn which you can rent (4 bicycles for a total of € 15 per day) to use during your stay. Great to cycle into the salinas or just on the boulevard along the Mar Menor.
