You are very welcome in our comfortable apartment. Both the adventurer and those seeking peace and quiet enjoy this place. With several golf courses in the area, sports enthusiasts can also indulge themselves. After a wonderful day at the beach or a visit to the many charming towns in the area, it is wonderful to relax in the apartment, by the pool or on the terrace.
Our nice apartment is located in the village of San Pedro del Pinatar, the attractive village consists of a mix of Spanish residents and tourists, making it lively all year round. The house is located about 250 meters from the center and 700 meters from the beach, cozy boulevard with many restaurants and terraces.
The apartment offers space for max. 6 people and is equipped with every luxury and many conveniences. The complex consists of 24 houses with a communal swimming pool (25 meters) in the middle with a deep and shallow part. In winter, the pool is heated. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 en suite in the master room. Furthermore, the apartment has a lovely large terrace where you can sit in the sun and in the shade all day long.
The living room has an open kitchen with every luxury such as an oven, microwave, induction hob and dishwasher. The TV has a built-in Chromecast that allows you to stream your favorite shows.
The master bedroom has a lovely double bed and an en suite bathroom. The room has a large wardrobe with plenty of storage space.
2nd bedroom room has 2 single beds that can be pushed together. As in the master room, this room also has a large wardrobe and sliding doors to the terrace at the front of the apartment.
The third bedroom is adjacent to the lovely terrace and is also equipped with two single beds.
The terrace is equipped with all conveniences: an outdoor kitchen, dining table with 6 chairs, lounge set and sunbeds. The apartment is located in the corner of the complex so you can relax and have a lot of privacy.
