Located in the atmospheric New Castelar district, surrounded by both Spaniards and international bon vivants, you will experience the authentic Spanish charm here. The wide sandy beach of Mar Menor, with its long promenade and lively bars, restaurants and shops, is only 650 metres away (about an 8-minute walk) – a prime location!

The surrounding area of Casa Jane
After exploring busy high-rise projects around central pools in the tourist regions of Alicante and Torrevieja, where summers are overcrowded and winters are quiet, we deliberately chose San Pedro del Pinatar. This charming place on the shores of the Mar Menor on the Costa Cálida, offers a different experience.
No concrete masses here, but low-rise buildings with usually only two floors. The big plus? The beautiful sandy beaches and the 6 km long promenade along the Mar Menor, within walking distance of your home.
San Pedro del Pinatar is alive all year round, with numerous tapas bars, restaurants and bistros providing a cosy atmosphere. Also discover the famous free mud baths, the vast nature reserve with salt lakes and flamingos, the two marinas, the annual summer fair and various local festivities in the vicinity.
