We called our lovely apartment in San Pedro del Pinatar Casa Hermanos. We, Herman & Miranda, have fallen in love with it ourselves and we hope to give you the same experience. Not only the house but also the location is great. The house is located in the popular Lo Pagan district and is within walking distance of the authentic center, a wide variety of restaurants & bars and beautiful beaches on the boulevard. In the vicinity are also various other beaches, luxury marina, nature reserves and salt lakes where you can relax. And everything is organized in this cozy place.

Our apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and pets are not allowed. The house is fairly new (2018) and equipped with air conditioning (cold/warm), 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, TV, equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven and freezer) and a large screened terrace (50m2) on the the frontside. And of course a lovely shared swimming pool at the side of the complex. You can park a car in front of the door. In addition, we have a fast internet connection so that you can easily keep in touch with the rest of the world… if you wish… 😉

We, Herman & Miranda, were looking for an apartment in a place where, in principle, you don't need a car during your stay. It is located in the very popular district of La Pagan and really within walking distance of everything. We fell in love with the apartment, but also with the town, the environment, the climate and the delicious food. It is quiet but still lots to do. We are there ourselves a few times a year and for the rest we like to rent it out to let others enjoy all this!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
