Welcome to our quietly located small-scale modern residence within walking distance of the wide gently sloping beaches on the warm inland sea Mar Menor with 320 days of sunshine, the salt lakes with flamingos, mud baths and nature reserves. In the flat region it is pleasant to cycle and walk to the neighboring villages and the surrounding area.

You can go there for various other sports: water sports, golf paradise, nature lovers, canoying, rafting.

The house is within walking distance of trendy bars, nice restaurants, supermarkets, weekly market. Also the ideal base for visiting the cultural cities such as Alicante, Murcia, Cartagena, ... So there is a lot to discover ! When booking, you will receive an extensive information document with all kinds of tips & tricks

Hello, we are Lieven and Ulla from Belgium - East Flanders. Every time we stay in Spain we are amazed at what the region does to our body and mind. We hope to be able to enjoy it a lot in the future together with our family. However, we still have a few years of work ahead of us and would like to open our place to others so that they can also enjoy the surroundings and the pleasant climate!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.

The house is within walking distance of the wide gently sloping beach of Lo Pagan.

The mud baths and nature reserves are an attraction. The mineral-rich water has a healing effect on health. The many flamingos in the salt lakes that turn pink at certain times are a spectacle

The region offers a lot of opportunities for the (recreational) athlete. On the coast you will find many water sports (kayak, surf, jet ski, boat rental, ....). The flat area is a paradise for hikers, cyclists, golfers. In the hills and mountains behind come mountaineers, nature lovers, rafters, cave visitors, .... get their money's worth.

You will find numerous supermarkets in the vicinity. Within walking distance you can go to the 2 weekly markets. Within cycling distance you have the shopping center Dos Mares. A 15-minute drive away you have the famous La Zenia Boulevard

San Pedro is a culinary topper. There are a lot of nice bars and restaurants to discover where you can't go for money. You will also find culinary highlights!
