About the apartment
This stylish single-storey house can accommodate up to 4 people and is equipped with:

The villa is furnished with care and taste and has a modern, fully equipped kitchen. Everything is designed with comfort in mind – from the interior spaces to the outdoor environment. Whether you're relaxing indoors or dining outside, you'll feel right at home.
The stylish living room opens through large sliding doors to the enclosed garden with a spacious swimming pool. One of the unique features of this villa is the private swimming pool and the truly breathtaking roof terrace.
There you can enjoy long evenings under the stars with a glass of wine. The perfect place to relax, dine and enjoy.
Facilities & Location
You have complete privacy here, but are still close to everything you need: supermarkets, restaurants and cafes are within walking distance. 🛒🍽️ You can park for free in the driveway or in the street.
Are you traveling with young children? On request, we can arrange a high chair and baby cot for an extra charge of €20 per stay. 👶🍼
Check-in
Our host welcomes you personally. 24 hours before arrival we will contact you via WhatsApp to coordinate the check-in. Check-in is possible between 16:00 and 20:00. Prefer later? No problem – for a surcharge and subject to availability, we will be happy to arrange a late check-in for you. ⏰📱

Villa Bajo del Sol is just a 5-minute drive from the beaches and promenade of San Pedro del Pinatar. Stroll under the palm trees, enjoy tapas or enjoy water sports on the tranquil waters of the Mar Menor – the largest saltwater lagoon in Europe. Nearby you will find restaurants, shops, golf courses and nature reserves where you can spot flamingos. Visit the local markets, the summer evening fair or take a day trip to the cities of Cartagena and Murcia for culture and history. And don't forget the famous mud baths and the Parque Regional de las Salinas nature reserve! 🏄♀️🎨🛍️
Accessibility & Extras
The airports of Alicante and Murcia are easily accessible. On request, we are happy to arrange a transfer from the airport (for an additional fee). We are also happy to help you plan bike tours, wine tastings, boat trips or a relaxing wellness day. Bicycles can be rented from us! 🚴♀️🍷🛥️

Upon arrival, you will be personally welcomed by our local host. We will contact you in advance to ensure a smooth check-in. Late check-in is possible on request. In addition, Kuma Holiday Spaces offers full support in organizing activities such as yoga on the beach, wine tours, boat trips and more – for a carefree holiday.
